SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job Discription ( Full-time / On-site)
Actively prospect and identify new customers, markets, and opportunities. Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication skills. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in alignment with company policies. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Establish, develop, and maintain long-term business relationships with existing and new clients. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support. Monitor customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and ensuring satisfaction, Participate in promotional activities, product launches, trade shows, and exhibitions. Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding customer needs and market dynamics. Collaborate with marketing staff to develop and execute promotional campaigns. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities, Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review, Track and report on competitor activities and strategies. Uphold company policies, brand image, and ethical standards in all dealings. Ensure compliance with pricing, discount, and credit control guidelines. Represent the company in a professional manner in all customer and business interactions.
